Ask each stakeholder which decision last month relied on a chart. Metrics that never informed a decision leave the board.
Then choose one outcome metric and a handful of inputs the sprint team can move. Volume vanity stays in an archive report nobody is forced to defend in stand-up.
The artefact that matters is a one-page sheet: definition, source event, owner, review day. Without owners, the sheet is decoration.
Two weeks later, check whether the Monday review used the new definitions. If not, the session failed — not the analytics tool.
